I confirm that I do not suffer from uncontrolled high/low blood pressure, heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia, or recent stroke, or I have explicit written physician clearance for extreme thermal contrast (180°F–210°F sauna & 38°F–48°F ice plunge).

I understand that intense heat exposure during pregnancy presents heightened health risks for both parent and fetus. I confirm I am not pregnant or have secured prior medical consultation and approval.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISKS:

I acknowledge that my presence in and use of the Sauna Mirage mobile wood-fired tent sauna, Aufguss steam sessions with essential oil aromatics, chromotherapy, sound baths, and chilled ice plunge basins involve inherent hazards. These include, but are not limited to, heat exhaustion, hyperthermia, hypothermia, dizziness, fainting, slips on wet decking, accidental burns from heated stove guards or steam vapors, and cardiovascular strain.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & SAFE CONDUCT:

I agree to listen attentively to the Sauna Master / Aufguss facilitator, stay hydrated with fresh water, monitor my own physiological boundaries, and exit the hot room immediately if I feel faint, nauseated, or distressed. I understand that remaining in extreme heat beyond personal tolerance increases danger substantially.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION:

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sauna Mirage, its owners, operators, facilitators, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of negligence, personal injury, illness, or property damage sustained during or following the sauna session.
